Please read README-general first for general infomation of how to implement hydro profiles here in your own transport model. In this package, you may find two sets of hydro profiles in the directory "OSU/hydro_data/", one for 0-10% centrality and the other for 30-50% centrality. Both are for Pb+Pb collisions @ 2.76 TeV. You may change the directories in the "testC.cpp" file or the "testF.f" file in order to use the hydro profile you need. The hydro profile is generated with OSU (2+1)D viscous hydro code, MC Glauber initial condition is used and \eta/s is tuned as 0.08 to describe experimental data of soft hadrons. For your convenience, apart from "JetCtl.dat" and "JetData.dat" files that contain information of hydro evolution profiles. We also attatch a file "mc_glauber.dat" in which we have already sampled a lot of (x,y) points for the initial binary collisions based on the MC Glauber model. You may read "mc_glauber.dat" into your code and randomly choose a line (x,y) as the initial position of your heavy quark. Of course, since here we provide smooth hydro profiles, there would be no correlation between hydro initial condition and the initial production points of heavy quarks. You may use your own MC Glauber model to sample positions of initial heavy quarks if you prefer.
